On September 15, the Initiatives of Change community observed the International Day of Democracy. In this video, you can hear the perspectives of participants from this summer's Caux Democracy Forum on the state of democracy and the importance of embodying its values and holding on to hope.

As Prof Gandhi articulates in the video, there is much to be troubled about with the rise of polarization and supremacy, but our sustained hope fuels us to fight for a more just, inclusive and equitable world.
